This film is based on a happy family in which everyone loves each other. The film also has few comedy characters to make it light & funny. One day Kapoor Saab , the main character saw a dream according to which he can get the extension of his life by one month if any other family member agrees to die for few days instead of kapoor. He was disappointed to know that no one in the entire family agrees to do this for him & instead throws him out of his own house. He gives his entire property & money to 'Pingalwara', a charity trust & for this his only son kills him. The end justifies the title 'Kaun Kise Da Beli'.

The other side Simmer's husband is tied with another girl who gives birth to an evil minded boy Richie (Richie Bawa). The contrary futures of the two children teaches a lesson to their family, proving daughters as a blessing and not a curse.
